Logic gates are made of transistors.

There're 6 common Logic Gates:

1. NO / Inverter
2. AND
3. OR
4. NOR : no-or
5. XOR
6. NAND : no-and

With logic gates we can make latches that can be used as memory

With one XOR gate and one AND gate we can make a half-adder. To take into account the carry we need a full-adder.
